Membership Application
We regret that ASCS is unable to receive membership applications via the internet. You may, however, print out this ASCS Membership Application form, fill it in and mail it with your payment to ASCS.
Our annual membership fee is $25 per household. Please make your cheque payable to ASCS.
You are welcome to contact us anytime with questions or to request a paper copy of the ASCS Membership Application.
ASCS members receive:
- One year subscription to Adoption News (6 issues of the ASCS bimonthly newsletter)
- Free borrowing privileges from the ASCS Resource Centre. Mailing costs both ways are covered by ASCS
- Participation in your local ASCS support chapter (Where one does not exist, you may want to start one. Please contact ASCS for information and assistance.)
- Voting privileges at the ASCS Annual General Meeting
- Membership discounts for ASCS hosted conferences, seminars and workshops
- Participation in ASCS support groups, cultural and social events
Board Membership Application
ASCS members are invited to apply for a position on the ASCS Board of Directors. Telephone conferencing for candidates outside of the Saskatoon area is available. Please print out this ASCS Board Membership Application form, fill it in and mail or fax the form to the ASCS office.
